Choosing a standing desk frame
The desktop is the part you look at; the frame is the part that decides whether the desk is any good. Three specifications matter:
- Number of motors. Dual-motor frames lift faster, carry more, and stay level under an uneven load. Single-motor frames are cheaper and noticeably slower.
- Weight capacity — count everything: monitors, arm, PC, and your forearms leaning on it.
