What the membership actually includes
Accor Plus is a subscription, not a loyalty tier you earn. The core of it is consistent across markets:
- A complimentary stay each membership year at a participating hotel, which on its own can cover a large share of the fee.
- A dining discount at participating restaurants and bars in Accor hotels, applied to the food bill for you and your table up to a set number of guests.
- Member room rates on participating properties, stacked on top of the public rate.
- Status recognition in the ALL loyalty programme, which is separate from the paid membership.
Working out whether it pays
The honest test is arithmetic, not marketing. Add up the retail value of one night at the hotel you would realistically redeem the free stay at, plus the dining discount on the meals you would actually eat in Accor restaurants over a year. If that total is comfortably above the membership fee, it pays. If your travel is mostly outside Asia-Pacific, it usually does not, because the participating-hotel list is regional.
How discounts apply
- Promo codes reduce the price of the membership itself and are entered when you buy or renew. They do not apply to hotel bookings.
- Member rates are applied automatically once you are signed in with the account holding the membership — there is no code to enter at the hotel checkout.
- The dining discount is claimed in person by showing the digital membership card before the bill is issued. Ask when you sit down; several restaurants will not apply it retroactively.
Before you join
Check the participating-hotel list for the specific cities you travel to, not the country. Within one market, some properties accept the free stay, some accept only member rates, and a few participate in neither.
