Which AOMEI tool solves which problem

  • Backupper — scheduled system, disk and file backups, plus disk cloning. This is the one to buy if you are moving Windows to a new SSD or want a recoverable image of a working machine.
  • Partition Assistant — resize, merge, split and move partitions without reinstalling, and convert between MBR and GPT. Useful when Windows’ own Disk Management refuses to shrink a volume.
  • MyRecover — file recovery after deletion or a format. Install it to a different drive than the one you are recovering from.
  • FoneTool — iPhone backup and transfer to a PC.

Licence types, and where the money goes

Each product is sold in three shapes and the pricing gap between them is wide:

  • One-year licence — cheapest entry, renews annually.
  • Lifetime licence — a single payment covering all future upgrades for that product. Usually worth it if you expect to keep the machine more than two years.
  • Technician and unlimited-PC licences — for people servicing other people’s machines. Do not buy these for a single household PC.

AOMEI discount codes are usually tied to a specific product and licence length. A code cut for the lifetime Backupper licence will simply be refused on the annual one, which is the most common reason a working code looks dead.

Applying the code

Choose the edition, go to checkout, and enter the code in the coupon field before payment. The price shown on the product page is often already discounted; the code applies to that reduced price rather than to the original list price, so check the total, not the percentage.

Before you buy

Backupper and Partition Assistant both have free editions that cover the basics — a full disk backup and a straightforward partition resize. Run the free edition against your actual task first. If it does what you need, the paid licence buys you scheduling, incremental backups and the boot-media rescue tools, not a different result.
